Grand Adams Apartments

When Greystar Real Estate Partners approached us to rebrand their historic Hoboken property built in 1906, the possibilities of branding opportunities were endless. Originally the historic Keuffell and Esser Manufacturing precision instrument factory, Grand Adams featured exposed beams, brick walls in the corridors, and lavish courtyards surrounded by unique industrial architectural moments. We leaned into these elements when designing their new branding and selecting materials for the building signage.
